I grew up surrounded by sports — raised in an active family where competition, movement, and discipline were part of daily life. From a young age, I was in the pool, on the field, or cheering on teammates. Athletics shaped who I am today: they taught me the value of hard work, community, and taking care of your body so it can take care of you.

But my journey with health and wellness runs deeper than sports. For years, I dealt with unexplained weight gain, stubborn acne, low energy, mood swings, inconsistent performance, and getting sick more often than I should have — all while living an active lifestyle and doing what I thought was “healthy.” I constantly felt frustrated, drained, and disconnected from my body.

Those struggles taught me that being active or skinny doesn’t always mean being well. True wellness starts from the inside out — and it requires more than just workouts and willpower. It’s about learning how to support your body so it can thrive, heal, and feel good long-term.

That’s why I focus on natural, holistic health practices, and intentional habits that not only help you feel better now and protect your future self.

Why me

I’ve been coaching since 2022, including competitive swimmers and cyclists. Movement has always been my outlet for confidence, clarity, and connection. That passion is the foundation of my coaching approach today.

As someone who leads an active lifestyle — engaging in weight training, yoga, biking, swimming, hiking, paddleboarding, regular dog walks, and completing five half-marathons — I understand the mindset and challenges faced by high-performing individuals. Following a plant-based diet, I’m passionate about exploring ways to nourish both body and mind. I firmly believe that true wellness extends beyond fad diets, medication, or intense training; it's about nurturing your soul, finding balance, and cultivating habits that foster happiness, strength, balance, and vitality.

However, this perspective didn’t come easily. Despite “doing everything right,” I recognized I needed support. That recognition led me to work with a Health Coach, and that experience was transformative. It revealed that sustainable wellness demands a deeper, more holistic approach — focusing on healing from the inside out.

So, I became a Certified Health Coach through Mindbodygreen and earned my degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida.

Now, I help athletes and active adults like you, rebuild your body, regain your energy, prevent burnout, and feel confident in your routine again.
